Cookie Policy

Cookies are small pieces of information a website asks your browser to store and return with later requests. They can help a service recognise a signed-in session. Some expire when a session ends; others remain until their expiry or until you delete them.

Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Local storage can remain between visits; session storage generally lasts for the browser tab’s session. These are distinct from cookies, but both can remember information on your device.

This policy covers the public Ansoshi website and explains the account-related storage used when you move into the product application on the same domain. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Our public marketing pages currently do not set optional analytics or advertising cookies, load advertising pixels or embed a third-party chat widget. Fonts and page images are hosted locally. Searching and filtering the public directories does not require an optional tracking cookie.

The WhatsApp button is a link. WhatsApp opens only when you choose that link, and its own privacy and storage practices apply on its service.

This does not mean that browsing is anonymous: hosting infrastructure receives information needed to deliver requests, such as IP addresses and browser details. Cookies from an existing Ansoshi account session may also accompany requests on the same domain, even when the page itself does not create them.

The product application uses first-party cookies for authentication and account recovery. They are not advertising cookies. The currently configured names and purposes are listed below.

• ansoshi_session — identifies your signed-in session. Its lifetime is controlled by the server’s session configuration; the default is 12 hours. Signing out ends the authenticated session.
• ansoshi_flow — supports an account sign-in, verification or recovery flow. The cookie is set with a lifetime of up to 24 hours; the underlying flow may expire sooner.
• ansoshi_case — supports access to an account recovery case. The cookie is set with a lifetime of up to 24 hours; case access is also subject to server checks.

The product application may use browser storage to remember selected language, appearance or navigation preferences, retain an in-progress account form, and coordinate sign-out or recovery information between views. These functions are separate from advertising or cross-site tracking.

The lifetime depends on the storage used. Session storage generally ends with the tab session; local preferences may remain until changed or cleared. Clearing stored information can reset preferences or remove an unfinished form.

The public marketing pages do not currently offer optional cookie categories. There is therefore no “accept all” banner or inactive preference switch on these pages.

Optional analytics and advertising trackers are not currently enabled on the public marketing pages. If that changes, this policy should identify the technology, purpose and duration, with consent requested before activation where legally required and an accessible way to withdraw it.

Sensitive healthcare activity should not be disclosed to ordinary advertising systems. Information about consultations, prescriptions, test results or sensitive searches requires the protections described in the Privacy Policy.

Where you choose to use an available external service, such as a payment flow, maps or communications, that provider may use technologies needed to deliver and secure its service. Its own privacy notice applies to processing it controls.

The public donation form does not currently open a payment checkout or load payment tracking scripts. A future payment integration will need a review of the actual technologies before this notice is updated. This policy does not imply that a payment service is already active.

Open your browser’s privacy or site-data settings to inspect or delete cookies and browser storage, block third-party cookies or change permissions for Ansoshi. The names and steps vary by browser. Clearing cookies alone may not clear local storage, so check the site-data controls too.

Blocking essential account cookies may prevent sign-in or recovery. Deleting them may sign you out. Changing browser storage does not itself delete your Ansoshi account or server-held healthcare records; use a privacy request for questions about those records.

Where optional-cookie consent is introduced, withdrawing it should be as accessible as giving it. A browser’s privacy signals do not necessarily block every type of storage; use its site controls to manage what is saved.

We will update this page when the technologies or practices it describes change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. This notice does not authorise undisclosed tracking or replace consent where it is required.
